Use of Services

Duvelt provides proprietary trading automation technology, tools, and related services designed to assist users in accessing financial markets. Duvelt does not provide investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management, or guarantees of performance. All Services are provided for informational, educational, and technology-access purposes only. You are solely responsible for all decisions made using the Services.

Trading Risk & No Guarantees

By using Duvelt, you acknowledge and agree that:

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the potential loss of capital
Past performance is not indicative of future results
Duvelt does not promise or guarantee profits, returns, or outcomes of any kind
Results depend on market conditions, account configuration, capital, and external factors beyond Duvelt’s control

Account Ownership & Responsibility

You retain full ownership and control of your brokerage account at all times
Duvelt does not custody, control, or withdraw funds from your brokerage account
All trading activity occurs within your own account and at your sole risk

Profit Share & Billing

If you enroll in a Live Account, you agree that:

Profit share is calculated based on gross realized profits only, defined as closed and realized profitable trades during the applicable billing period
Unrealized losses, open trades, floating P&L, or drawdowns are not deducted from gross realized profits
You authorize Duvelt to charge the credit card on file for any applicable upfront licensing fees and monthly profit-share fees, billed at the end of each calendar month
Failed payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of bot access

Cancellation

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis
You may cancel at any time
Upon cancellation, Services remain active through the end of the current billing month
The final profit-share charge will be processed at month-end
No refunds are provided for fees already earned or accrued

Early Access & Beta Participation

Users who opt into early access or beta features understand that these tools may be experimental and subject to change. Performance data during early access may not reflect final product outcomes. We appreciate your feedback as we continue improving the platform.

Pricing Changes

Duvelt reserves the right to update pricing, fees, or profit-share percentages from time to time.

Any changes apply prospectively only
Changes take effect at the start of the next billing period after notice
Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance

If you do not agree to updated terms, you may cancel prior to the effective date.

Communications

By signing up, you consent to receive SMS messages, emails, and calls from Duvelt related to early access, platform updates, and other relevant content. Message and data rates may apply. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "STOP" or using the unsubscribe link provided.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with Duvelt is the intellectual property of Duvelt or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any materials without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Duvelt and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data inaccuracies, or technical issues.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
